Any more tricks under the sleeves?

My 2yrs old daughter is not a big fan of medicine, even the word medicine will put her out of her mood. So, I used it as to blackmail her into eating her lunch and dinner daily. The medicine, had successfully played it's part for at least a month. But then the reality kicks in, slowly of course.... last week, before i could mention it, she did first, " amma, bring medicine."

The next day, just mentioning the word wasn't enough to force her to take her lunch, I had to bring the medicine bottle just to show that I was serious.

And the next day came, she was no longer afraid of the word nor the bottle, I was forced to open the bottle to show I am dead serious... :(

While, my daughter was challenging me, I thought this leave me with no choices, desperate time need desperate measures..... I have to show her who is the boss around here..!!! hehehe

yesterday, while feeding her dinner, after few mouthful of rice she was starting to resist, so i put an angry expression on my face, walked to the fridge, took out the bottle of medicine and poured a few drops on to the teaspoon and said to her in an angry tone, " Baby, if you are not eating the rice, amma going to make you drink this medicine, NOW!!"

and she coolly looked at me and said, " Aaaah." (with her mouth open  of course.)

OMG, my 2yrs old daughter just defeated me in our daily battle of the FOOD"..

So, any one out there has any new ideas.... :p
